Hi, I’m Dana, a Registered Massage Therapist, Pilates and Yoga Teacher who is dedicated to helping people live their best lives through movement and manual therapy.

I am proud to have been serving the wonderful people of Munster, Richmond, Stittsville, Ashton and surrounding areas for over fifteen years.

I have been teaching Yoga, Pilates and fitness in our area since 2010 and began providing Registered Massage Therapy in my cozy home studio in Munster in 2015.

Your wellbeing is my priority. Whether you are looking to manage chronic pain, heal from an injury, or are simply wanting to maintain optimum health, I am here to help.
